While working with HIGH, Roberto Guidi has become a master of fabric technology and the laundry has become a laboratory in which cloth and clothing of all kinds are re-invented and transformed. Laser machines originally used to simulate ‘vintage’ fading effects have been adapted to create intricate patterns, stripes and motifs.
This is not the whole arsenal of Guidi: denim, cotton and wool can be covered with velvet, varnished, laminated or get the texture of the skin. Robbie works with ready-made models or with fabrics, depending on the idea of ​​HIGH chief designer Claire Campbell.
The main hit of the collection is spring summer 2018 - a neo-vintage floral pattern on the color of indigo.
